notes from meeting:

Saltdean Lido CIC will be at stage 1 with their Heritage lottery bid (HLF) in a few weeks time. They will share the outcomes they state from their HLF bid after this. They anticipate being at stage 2 next year where there will be more detailed outcomes

Sponsorship and funding:

 - Look at sports equipment providers such as Speedo etc. for sponsorship

-  Post-show: Everyone ends up in the pool!  logistical problems with this?! Could be ticketed as a Pool Party with music and lights (which will be there) and a set number of places,  as a fundraiser for CIC

- Free 6 month membership to Lido included in ticket price

 - Generic content gives show potential to tour to there lidos/pools

- Event starts from Undercliff Walk, through tunnel to the Lido. People could arrive via bike groups along the Undercliff, or boats from Brighton Marina. 

Jessie's 'wild' swimmers could emerge from the sea and lead people to the Lido

- Pre-show: audience have opportunity to walk around the building/pool before show…
